Wedding Photography venue examples of the Capital Building and around Downtown Sacramento

Ryan + Arielle are one of those couples you just look at and know they are meant to be together. Their chemistry, how he looks at her and how she fits right into him is just magical.

They were engaged overlooking the area that they met – San Francisco. We also enjoyed our lovely engagement session there together when I was pretty much 37 weeks pregnant. I tell you, I am DEDICATED to my bride and grooms!

Fast forward to September. Their details were immaculately put together. The venue was amazing. The food was perfect. Everything was organized to a T and the weather couldn’t have been better. The vineyard was gorgeous and green still and the light was golden.

My favorite memories from this wedding was pretty much everything…It was a Sacramento grand tour! I had suggested let’s do first looks on the balcony – and they were allllll about that! They even reserved the penthouse suite to do just that! We were able to capture some timeless prep photos in the amazing hotel rooms there at the Citizen Hotel.

Then, we cruised on over to the Capitol Building where we did photos on the outside and inside. We had a special permit to shoot inside without any hassles.

I just adored their bridal party. They were all so sweet and cooperative! And you could see Ryan gently reassuring Arielle when things were a little stressful that everything was going to be perfect.

The reception was truly a party at Wilson Vineyards. Seriously. These were all friends and family that really deeply loved this couple and it showed. Love and fun times twenty.

Ryan and Arielle, enjoy your lives together as a married couple. I know New York is lucky to have you both. Cheers to the lifetime you have together! 2015-12-19_0011.jpg

Christina and Aaron are young and beautiful/handsome and such a sweet couple with a true love for each other. They were truly made for each other in every corner of their hearts.

The wedding was fun and on a beautiful day in January! We couldn’t have asked for better weather!

Their theme was “winter wonderland” and indeed it was! The ceremony at St. John’s Lutheran Church on L Street was gorgeous – all the details to boot. The reception was amazing and perfectly decoarted, lit, and there were crystal details dancing all around the room. The dancing was fun and this wedding was definitely the highlight of the winter for me!

I had just had my baby not two months before so it was my first event back on the job. I had my dear friend Jessica Bowers Photography helping me as my second shooter. The day went seemlessly and we always make a great team!

My favorite shots have got to be the ones at the church stairs and the carraige at Old Town Sacramento. Her bridemade chased it down for us on the busy night! haha! She was awesome.

Thank you Christina and Aaron for a wondeful night. I am so glad you love your canvas, album, and prints! It was a pleasure to serve you!
